Matteo Guendouzi will join German outfit Hertha Berlin on a season long loan deal with no option to buy, FootMercato reports. 

The player reportedly fell out with manager Mikel Arteta and is being shown the exit door as the team try to maintain a conducive dressing room atmosphere.
